Your First Lessons complement the evaluation process and the Needs Analysis . More Information is collected and analysed when you feel more relaxed. Our trainers are expert at making you feel comfortable and focussed. This gives us a complete picture of the learning situation for each individual or group. A professional course designer writes your course and personalised lessons are ready for your next lesson.
The first four lessons cover topic areas of interest to professionals
• Exchanging Information and getting to know your trainer
• Your organization
• Roles within the organization

We developed, tested and piloted this process with business people and other professionals to make sure it works. It gives us;
· a way of assessing your communication skills in detail- we have an accurate picture of what needs to done
· an introduction to the structure of lessons and tasks used in future lessons
· used to collect further information about each individual or group in preparation for writing a structured yet flexible course specifically for their needs
· a fun way of getting to know the culture and background of our highly-qualified native speaker trainers from the UK, the US,, Canada, Ireland and other countries in the English speaking world
At this stage we will have;
· Identified the important gaps in your communication skills and knowledge of the systems of English (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and text level rules)
· Be in a position to write and deliver lessons targeted to your real needs at work
· Have established a great beginning to our relationship with you and your company
