The Process

• OOPT-Oxford University online placement test to check your overall CEFR level. We pay for you to take this internationally recognized test 

• Speaking Evaluation- based on Cambridge ESOL examination speaking papers. We evaluate your strengths and weaknesses with the language so we can give the right balance to your course and focus on just those areas you need

• Needs Analysis-a complete analysis of why you need the language, what you use, or will use, it for, with who, when and how you use it, and your previous experiences and preferences with language learning

• First Classes- the first four classes are used to refine this information and you tell us about your job, your organization and your role within the organization 

• Individual Course Plan-The information obtained so far is used to write a course plan targeted to real needs and at the level of English you have at your disposal, Course plans are flexible. If your needs change during the course, we can adapt them to fit with your changing needs

• Lessons- Each lesson has specific and measurable objectives so that we can be sure you are using your valuable time on what you really need.these are checked at the end of each lesson

• Feedback-You will be evaluated on your progress at regular intervals, Detailed course reports and advice for future improvement are supplied
